Abstract :
A systematic approach to design analog circuits with low supply voltage requirements is discussed. This approach is based on the utilization of multiple input floating gate transistors. Current mirrors and differential pair building blocks are discussed as well as a low-voltage BiCMOS operational amplifier based on these building blocks
