The characteristics of job can affect personal perceptions and behaviors in work place. Our study focuses on discussing the relations between work characteristics, jobburnout and individual performance. Based on the literature review of the related studies, we establish the theorical model and propose hypotheses. Though survey of young workers in companies in China, we try to explore jobvariety, job authority, jobburnout and work performance and give some suggestions for further study and practice.
