Abstract :
The problem of the design and effective implementation of nonseparable 2D, 3D and 4D multirate systems is considered. The questions to be answered: the design and implementation of effective filter banks with prescribed properties, the implementation of nonseparable decimation and interpolation operators, the coder and decoder systems.
