The paper analyses the basic principle of knowledge sharing´s co-evolution in industry-university cooperation, and the knowledge management and enterprise university-government tripartite linkage mechanism of symbiosis knowledge resource pool is discussed. The research indicates that knowledge sharing in industry-university cooperation, university and enterprise “together with” to occur on many levels, multiple individuals, between different environment, and only rely on the synergy of all levels of the organism to complete the knowledge sharing in industry-university cooperation organic division of labor, the use of adaptive evolution and innovation have evolved, resulting in the value of knowledge creation.
