Abstract :
The electron emitter with a new structure for surface-conduction electron-emitter is proposed in this paper. With this new electron emitter structure, the electro-forming position of the nano-scale fissure can be controlled, and this will help to improve the uniformity of surfaceconduction electron emitter. The effectiveness was proved experimentally.
