Abstract :
In this paper, we use the C# language with an existing Bluetooth module to design a system of pulse monitoring based on Windows Mobile. The research takes the wireless technology for short distance transmission in monitoring, and makes the data transmission wireless, real-time and mobile. The sensor carried by the patient records the pulse signal, and transfers the data to smart phone which can display the pulse waveform or frequency spectrum, through the phone we could extract some characteristics and make a simple health test; also the system has an alarm function, and the health report can be sent to the remote medical center.
