Abstract :
This paper presents a Millimeter wave Power Module (MMPM), which is the hybrid of Solid State Amplifier (SSA) and Travelling Wave Tube (TWT). The experimental test of MMPM showed excellent performance characteristics in terms of the reliability and being able to fit into the aircraft environment.
