The income distribution reformation is always attracted much attention as a major problem in china. 2009 April, standing committee of state council issued the proposed to speed up the adjustment of income distribution on strengthening the guidance and implementation of the law, which means the new round of income distribution reformation started from 2006 was put on the agenda again. This paper start from the reflection effects on the financial crisis, analysis and reflection of the income distribution situation, and found out the reform of income distribution, problems existing in our country to put forward the suggestion of reforming the income distribution, hope to promote the current reform of the income distribution.
