  • Abstract
    This paper describes the high-frequency circuit simulation of in X-band coupled-cavity TWT. With the help of the three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation with the slow-wave structure, energy transition structure and three-dimensional beam-wave interaction are researched and developed by CST software, so that the tube operating frequency and efficiency have been improved, and the design requirements are achieved.
