Abstract :
Based on the calculation and analysis of the aged population and the death rate at different ages for the counties and districts in ShangHai Coastal Zone, this paper presents the trend of rural aging population by the method of improved Leslie equation. The conclusion is: the rural population in coastal zone is increasing, this situation will be more serious in the future, and this kind of influence may last for 20 or 30 years. In the end, the paper analyzes the origin of this phenomena, and points out that major reason is the development of the second and the third industry, the application of high-tech and the low efficiency and low income of agriculture.
