Abstract :
In view of the present a set of auxiliary docking assembly tooling can only adapt to the assembly of a model docking, this article put forward for different types of aircraft fuselage flexible assembly docking method. This paper introduces the operation principle of the flexible assembly docking tooling, using industrial Ethernet MODbus/TCP protocol to set up completed the CAN bus control system, implement the flexible docking tooling overall design of the control system, at the same time, the PC control system by using Visual Studio, software development and design, completed the servo drive system and control system internal coordination. Finally use the laser tracking measurement equipment for precision tooling verification, the experimental results show that the docking assembly tooling can satisfy the precision of assembly process requirements; At the same time, the technology can improve the efficiency of the aircraft assembly and assembly quality, greatly shorten the fuselage sections before assembling docking period, for the next big components flexible assembly technology has profound significance for the further study of the docking.
