Abstract :
This paper discusses ways of sending an image to a large number of nodes in a short time using TCP. We are developing an electronic chalkboard system that transmits a still image of a teacher´s screen to a large number of student terminals. This system employs TCP for reliability. Therefore, in order to transmit image data in a short time using TCP, which uses point-to-point communication, the route of data transmission in this system is tree-shaped, and the data is transmitted in a parallel, step-by-step mode. We compare the transmission time of data for several transmission routes and partitions of the unit of data in our system
