Abstract :
The problem of control of a class of chaotic financial systems is studied by proportional-derivative controller (PDC) in the paper. With dynamical analysis, the method is not difficult to implement, and achieve two targets of the chaos control: First, it can stabilize the unstable periodic orbits embedded in the chaotic attractor. Second, it can also generate some new stable periodic orbits of the system. The results of a typical control of the system are given by theoretical analysis. Meantime, numerical simulations certify the validity of the conclusions.
