Abstract :
The technique for obtaining of ordered magnetic cobalt nanoparticle arrays on mono-crystal Si3N4 substrates is considered. The results of microscopic studies show a uniform distribution of nanoparticles on the substrate. Study of the magneto-optical properties shows the possibility of using such structures in memory applications, biosensors, sensors of magnetic field and position.
