Abstract :
The complex investigation of the properties of spin-valve system fragments based on ordered arrays of iron oxide nanoparticles embedded into the conductive matrix were conducted. The influence of the external magnetic field geometry on the magnetoresistance and coercive force value were analyzed. The phase-structural, electrical and morphological properties were studied.
