Abstract :
Proposes a microstrip antenna with good circular polarization characteristics using a combination of quarter-wave short-circuit patches, and investigates theoretically and experimentally how good, wide-angle circular polarization is obtained using a combination of both rectangular shorted patches and circular shorted patches
