Abstract :
The problem existing in the gripper part of the boxing machine is analyzed to put forward a design of bidirectional-regulation gripper mechanism, to carry out the design of pneumatic and mechanical part and to specifically illustrate the structure composition, operating principle and packing technology of the mechanism. The result shows that the bidirectional-regulation gripper mechanism can properly adjust the space and pack conveniently for round bottles, unusual bottles, lump material or small-bag packing material and such kind of orderly and regular packaging container. It has a better packing effect, a higher space utilization rate, a safer transportation than one-way regulation gripper mechanism. It has a high engineering value in loading and uploading mechanical equipment.
