Abstract
A GaAs standard cell library for MSI circuits is discribed. It contains gates, buffers, master-slave flipflops and ECL interfaces. It has been optimised for operation over the military temperature range. Typical gate propagation delay is 120ps for FI/FO=2 and 5mW/gate. Full ECL power supply and signal level compatibility is provided. Realistic on-board circuit testing is proposed.
