Study on the Provider Selection in International Procurement Based on Fuzzy Petri Net

Based on the analysis of the international procurement status, this paper designed the evaluation index system of international provider, introduced the corresponding relationship between the evaluation index system and fuzzy Petri nets evaluation model combining with the definition of fuzzy Petri nets, then the fuzzy Petri nets evaluation model of provider in international procurement is constructed according to the corresponding relationship. This paper took advantage of the model in combination with the algorithm of fuzzy Petri nets to evaluate the international provider. Finally, a practical calculation was carried out and compared with the international procurement practice of multinationals in China, and the results showed the accuracy and the usability of the fuzzy Petri nets evaluation model.
