Abstract :
This paper presents that advanced pole placement by using certain relations which are related to characteristic polynomial coefficients. It is based on characteristic ratios and characteristic pulsatances by Naslin in the mid 1960s. We developed an approach to directly find an arbitrary location of poles for non overshooting condition.
