Abstract :
In order to prevent and monitor the faults of the cutting unit of the motor and deceleration system of the shearer, this study analyses the shaft´s torsional vibration transmission and provides a mechanical model of concentrated mass for EDW-150-2L Series electrical traction shearer´s motor and deceleration system. Take the cutting resistance with simple harmonic vibration for example. The torsional vibration equation of shaft´s output terminal is deduced theoretically and analyses its vibration type.
