Abstract :
The low temperature (15OK, 77OK) signal linearity and harmonic distortion of a surface p-channel CCD have been investigated. The results indicate that the charge injection input mode results in less distortion but a more limited dynamic range than the ``fill-and-spill´´ input mode.
