Abstract :
Design concept and circuitry of a sensor controllable digital light dimmer with 4 respectively 7 permanent wired random access commands will be discussed in this paper. A combined standard linear I2L-process with ionimplanted resistors forms the basis for reaching the aim of the development: minimizing set-components.
