Abstract
In this paper two ECL integrated circuit types are described. These have been developed to reduce the chip count and power consumption of present-day parallel word digital signal processing systems and, in particular, of Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) systems. A functional description of the logic contained on these chips and their application to FFT systems is described.
