  • Abstract
    An implantable thin film hybrid circuit for the stimulation of the nervus acusticus via an 8 channel electrode has been developed. The circuit uses standard CMOS chips and consumes approximately 20 mW of power being supplied by an external rf-transmitter which also transmits the multiplexed signal.
