Abstract :
We present different kinds of monolithic DC to DC converters for two main applications : first, low voltage (1.2 V) to standard voltage (5 V) ; and second, standard voltage to high voltage (30 V). A comparison is done in terms of efficiency and complexity. Technologies are GMOS/SOS and E/D P channel MNOS/SOS.
