Abstract :
In this paper, the intelligent monitor system is Base on Siemens S7 series PLC, focus on special steel and continuity of the cyclical nature of the control characteristics and gas supply time of the day, as well as the constant pressure of pipeline. Through the inverter to the motor inverter variable speed control, changing the conventional man-made increase in resistance and a waste of energy and money to reach the cost of technology and working conditions of the gas flow regulating control requirements. Through soft-starting of converter and a good ability to regulate PLC, as well as data processing and analysis capabilities, we can change the practice of conventional AC asynchronous motor through the adjustment of the speed of adjustment to the rapid smoothing of the pressure of the gas, and promote the automation of industrial production process.
