Abstract :
In this paper, for general discrete time nonlinear systems, to overcome the limitations by using the first order Taylor expansion linearization, the higher order Taylor expansion function is first introduced. Then based on the higher order Taylor expansion function, a new recursive estimator with a deadzone is developed. By using the estimator, a robust adaptive controller is finally presented. The global stability and the tracking performance of the closed-loop system are obtained through Lyapunov analysis and simulations.
