Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to apply the fuzzy clustering method in recognizing working condition of cement grate cooler. There are several steps to illustrate this method. Fristly, fuzzy clustering method is used to process the real-time data of grate cooler. Secondly, programming and calculating by applying the Matlab software to obtain the final result of cluster. Finally, acquiring the working condition of the pressure of grate during a particular time by analyzing the result. This method can be widely applied to other aspects of cement industry, which greatly helps to have a better understanding of its working law and therefore achive the best control of it.
