  • Abstract
To solve the problem of vision diminishing and lumbar cervical vertebra disease caused by using computers, we design an intelligent fatigue health monitoring system based on computer with mouse and its software. By designing the algorithm and making relevant research, the system can make daily health evaluation and fatigue prompt to computer users. We adopt the embedded design method to enable the mouse to collect the pulse wave. Meanwhile, we design software which can analysis the information of the basic information of the users and pulse acquisition and the users´ operation. In addition, it analyzes the user´s health status and evaluates the current fatigue situation. In the theoretical research, we selected 30 healthy people randomly and carry on an experiment of fatigue. We gather the information of finger tip volume pulse wave of experimenter before and after the experiment. The testers fill the fatigue symptom inventory before and after the test. After the experiment, we analyzed the heart rate and pulse rate variability, wave characteristics (K´) and the pulse contour which had been normalized. Ultimately, our mouse can gather the pulse data effectively and timely. The software can provide real-time update for the information of the computer effectively operation time, fatigue index and healthy index. Therefore, the system can reflect the user´s state of health in time and reminder the users to rest when users are tired. The experiment results show that heart rate (HR), the root mean square of successive differences (RMSSD) and the population standard deviation (SDNN) of HR have significant difference (P<;0.01). The pulse wave was smoother than before. The fatigue index after fitting can reflect the user´s state of fatigue visually. Our design is the fatigue real-time health monitoring system which is rarely in the market, and it is an innovative product at the technical and application level. Consequently, it can be used to the computer users´ he- lth care.
