  • Abstract
    Microwave circuit elements are proposed which are inherently independent of small variations of the material permittivity. Different structures are investigated which can be used to obtain a temperature-independent resonance frequency, group velocity, or phase shift, respectively, although the permittivity of the involved materials varies.
