Abstract :
In this paper, an EPQ model for muti-items is developed under two levels trade credit policy and limited storage capacity, which assumed that the retailer provides a trade credit of partial payment for purchase to its customers. The objective is to find the optimal replenishment cycle and the optimal ordering quantity by minimizing the retailer´s annual total relevant cost per unit time. The condition for the unique optimal solution and algorithm to determine the optimal replenishment decisions for the retailer are presented. Finally, numerical examples are given to demonstrate the validity of the model proposed.
