Abstract :
Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) has been greatly concerned in recent years, which is the hot spot of the developed countries in research, development and application. This paper focuses on the latest developments of oversea ITS, presenting the United States ITS, Japan ITS and introduces an Europe project called eCoMove in detail, in order to provide reference for our research on ITS. Furthermore, the paper describes the prospect of the next generation ITS in China.
