Abstract :
This article describes the current situation and problems of annealing furnace heating, cooling and the external gas supply process control. Analyzes the reasons for non-normal flame and proposed artificial intelligence-based solutions. Industrial application and verification by the proposed control strategy is reasonable, operating results to achieve the desired purpose.
