Abstract :
As an important topic in research, Inner-vehicle communication (IVC) network gets more and more attention. But a lot of research ignored the effect of the relative speed between the vehicles of the communication performance in bidirectional traffic streams when they set multichannel traffic flow scenes. In order to solve the problem we studied the changes of each performance on different relative speed of the traffic streams. The simulations were conducted in network simulator 2(NS2), simulation of urban mobility(SUMO) and MOVE platform, we changed the velocity and acceleration of the vehicles in different lands and study the throughput, average end to end delay and hops. The simulation results showed that the relative speed of the bidirectional traffic streams affect performance of the IVC network actually. The research can help to configuration related parameters and set scenes in right way, so that to improve the reliability and efficiency and security of IVC network.
