Abstract :
This work studies the influence of various parameters on the efficiency of a recently proposed genetic algorithm for microwave and millimeter-wave FET small-signal optimization. A proper choice of the values of such parameters is shown to be mandatory to achieve an effective tradeoff between the accuracy of the extracted model and computation time.
