Abstract :
To improve the imbalance surgery development of china´s urban and rural areas, a real and effective teleoperation virtual surgery simulation system is studied. First, the telecommunication is designed based on the Client/Server mode, which used to transmit video, voice and files in a real-time. Then, virtual scene mapping of the actual operation and the remote operation is established based on the fusion of simulation and feedback video, and the infrared ray range finder is used to measure the deformation of main object to improve the accuracy of operation. At initial studies, solution of the teleoperation surgery simulation system is designed and the telecommunication system has been implemented. Experiments show that the system can realize fluent communications between users for video, voice and files, and simple virtual surgery simulation can do with the connected networks, which makes a good foundation for the subsequent application and research of teleoperation virtual surgery simulation system.
