Research on enterprise´s innovation management to protection of commercial secrets

With the development of market economy and the gradual relaxation of relevant policies, talent flow has been more and more frequent among enterprises in recent years. And the consequent result is the difficulty of protection to commercial secrets becomes bigger and bigger. Once commercial secrets were violated, not only the enterprise´s economic interests and coral competition, but also the normal order of market competition would be destroyed seriously. Though many measures have been taken to protect commercial secrets by enterprises, many cases of infringement to commercial secrets still happened. Only by looking for the problems existing in enterprise´s management to commercial secrets, analyzing the difficulties in protection, and carrying out innovation management, can enterprise find the suit way to protect commercial secrets effectively.
