Abstract :
Cloud computing is a computing paradigm which provide IT services not as a product but as a services, that could be found at everywhere at any time with easy access. Users can access these services by software´s like web browser and mobile app using network (Internet). Utility service is an illusion of availability of as much resources (e.g., CPU, memory, and I/O) as demanded by the user. To reduce the above problem, nowadays data centers are moving from traditional data centers to cloud centers. However implementing cloud based data centers requires a great deal of flexibility, availability and reliability. Virtualization technology can provide these kinds of services. In a cloud environment higher reliability required when any problem with a single piece of hardware may spread across multiple systems, since multiple systems are deployed as guests of VM on a common piece of hardware. In this survey, we are studying the use of Cloud Infrastructure Management Software (CIMS) is a solution to be combined with ServerView Resource Orchestrator (ROR), in the virtual environment, a guest virtual machine (VM) in operation can be transferred to another host without interrupting the operation.
