Abstract :
A corrugated periodic waveguide as slow wave structure which can be used in so many optical devices such as optical modulators designs, will be analyzed. High group index will be obtained from its band diagrams. Sensitivity analysis of the device versus its dimensions will be studied to specify bandwidth changes.
