Abstract :
This research has been combined closely with the practical situation in TEs in Hebei province. By using the aggregate data and the survey data, combining the methods of quantitative and qualitative analyses, we have systematically analyzed the present situation and problems faced by the technical personnel in township enterprises (TEs). On this base, the report proposes the development strategies of technical personnel of TEs in the Hebei province
