Abstract :
A full wave analysis of a waveguide longitudinal slot backed with a dielectric substrate is presented. This configuration can be obtained using a printed slot and therefore allows a simpler realization of slot arrays and permits its reuse when the pattern requirements change. The data presented here as results of the analysis can be recast in the standard "Stegen" form and allows to design, using the Elliot\´s method, such new kind of slot array.
