  • Abstract
To solve the sub-harmonic oscillation and instability problems, an adaptive slope compensation circuit is designed based on bipolar process. The circuit can produce proper compensation signal along with the vibration of input and output voltage. The chip is implemented base on CSMC´s 2um process, the Spectre simulation results show that the compensation circuit avoids the bad effects of over-compensation and reduces the dynamic response time more than 30%.
