Abstract :
The field of renewable energy and energy education is rapidly growing due in part to industry changes in standards, awareness, and citizen concerns. Rising concerns from stakeholders have led to an increase in education within the areas of energy, energy policy, technology, and management. The Long Island Alternative Energy Consortium (LIAEC) was created as a multi-campus partnership arising from such concerns.
