Abstract :
In this paper, a unique and simple one loop structure that can produce double-Brillouin-frequency spaced multiwavelength is proposed and it is used to generate millimeter waves as carriers to carry 3.2GHz signal. The double-Brillouin-frequency spaced multiwavelength one loop structure utilizes the reflection properties of fiber loop mirror composed of a 50/50 coupler and isolator to get only even Stokes wave. The space between Stokes waves about 0.1475 nm and 0.1734 nm in two different type structures, 20 GHz and 40 GHz generated millimeter wave as carrier, and demodulated 3.2 GHz signal are experimentally achieved.
