Abstract
In this paper, a hybrid integrated detector system is presented. The system of the detector includes waveguide to microstrip transition, watching network, diode and low pass filter (LPF). The waveguide to microstrip transition is implemented by probe transition. The beam lead detector diode HSCH-9161 is adopted to build a zero-bias direct detector. An accurate physical model of diodes is established, and the detector is simulated and measured. The simulated and measured results show that the system has good performance.
