Abstract :
A significant progress has been achieved in China on space charge characteristics in solid dielectrics. The measurement methods for space charge and the space charge behavior in solid dielectrics are reviewed. The determination of trap distribution, the dynamics evolution of space charge and the mechanism of electric aging and breakdown are included
