Abstract :
AC space charge layer is considered to be formed near the electrode under AC high-field application, however, the measurement of AC space charge distribution is not so easy due to the resolution limit. We measured high-field dielectric properties of PP film up to 120°C by using short time AC ramp voltage application method. From the results, AC conduction mechanism and the space charge behavior under AC high field in high-temperature region were studied
