Abstract :
Physico-chemical methods are used as the basis for operating methods of diagnostics of SF6-equipment. The criteria of limiting conditions are formed on the analysis data of specific humidity and acidity of SF6. The residual resource of these parameters is calculated and the level of partial discharge is determinated. Wear of the nozzle and it residual resource is determined from the concentration CF4. Integrated leakage of SF6 is determined from the analysis of air of a ventilating exhaust
