Abstract :
With the continuous development of industry, the traditional industrial production mode is gradually replaced by automated machines. Industrial automation instrumentation and control technology have become the main force in industrial production. This paper designs a kind of wireless transmission and data acquisition intelligent instrument based on ARM9 processor which is a new generation of direct-current resistance test instrument for cables and wires. The instrument realizes data acquisition and detection through serial ports and sensors. Processed data are sent by the wireless module to the computer and reports are generated for storage, meanwhile, parameters can be configured through PC and communicate with the instrument, so as to realize the automation of industrial production.
